The 4 Most Popular Cameras & Camcorders for Kids

It's Toy Tuesday again, here on Baltimore Mom - and today we're taking a look at Amazon's 4 hottest Cameras and Camcorders for kids! All 4 devices come from VTech and are designed for kids between the ages of 3 and 9:

  1. VTech Kidizoom Camera Connect ($29.88 - $32.04)
  2. VTech Kidizoom Action Cam ($36.84 - $37.99)
  3. VTech Kidizoom DUO Camera ($47.99 - $49.99)
  4. VTech Kidizoom Spin and Smile Camera ($46.99 - $48.99)

With capabilities like 4x zoom and the ability to record both video and voice, these cameras are definitely not the point-and-shoot versions that we had as kids. (Or the disposable ones - remember those?!?) Additional features to edit and enhance photos, along with voice-changing effects and built-in games (in case the kids get tired of taking pictures with their camera???) make for fun, creative devices that will keep your kiddos busy for hours on end. Expandable memory (microSD cards sold separately) and USB cables allow your child to make their very own special memories, then save and store them to a computer, to be shared with friends and family.

Some of these 4 cameras are pretty similar to one another, with variations regarding specific features. On the other hand, a couple of these 4 cameras offer some pretty cool features that the others don't. (The VTech Kidizoom Action Cam, for example - pretty much a GoPro for kids - can be attached to a bike or skateboard and is even waterproof in up to 6 feet of water!)

Read on to learn all about these 4 different devices - and what makes them Amazon's 4 best-selling cameras and camcorders for kids!

PS - Which of these 4 would you buy for your child? Do you already have one? Have you been happy with it? Let us know what you think in the comments!
