Introduction to Basic Yogurt and Cheese Making Saturday, February 8th from 2-3:30pm Learn More                                   Discover the deliciousness and versatility of fresh cheese and yogurt at our Introduction to Basic Yogurt and Cheese Making workshop. This kid-friendly (ages 8+), hands-on workshop will explore the science behind yogurt and cheese making. Participants will learn how to make two traditional cheeses and fresh yogurt and leave with their own samples. Time for Q&A is included in the workshop. Tickets are $10 and participants do not need to purchase a ticket to the Maryland Science Center to participate in the workshop. Advanced registration is required.
