We have a nationwide audience, here at Baltimore Mom - but one of our main goals continues to be highlighting cool family-friendly places to visit in Baltimore. Whether you live here or you're thinking of one day visiting - or maybe you just enjoy hearing about fun things to do with your kids - you're sure to appreciate this post. We recently received a message on our Baltimore Mom facebook profile from FUNdamentals of Baltimore, a pretty neat place that we hadn't yet heard of - but that we we're excited to let you know about!
FUNdamentals of Baltimore is owned by Tara Clancy, who explained the importance of encouraging childhood development through interactive play:
"Our goal is to have parents and caregivers spend time with their children in a fun and interactive environment. We offer 'parent and me' classes for children from 1 to 5 years of age. Our classes combine music & movement, physical activities and social interaction - three elements which are we then use to introduce the basics of letters, numbers, colors and shapes."
If you'd like to check out FUNdamentals of Baltimore, then you'll be happy to know that they have a special going on for the month of January!
